Take the stairs instead of the lift whenever you can, if you work in a high rise building you can start off climbing the first 5 floors and catch the elevator the rest of the way. Also when taking an escalator instead of standing still walk up the steps as they move.

Park your car a few blocks from away from work or in the furthest car space you can find and enjoy the walk. If you catch public transport get off the bus or train one or two stops early and walk the rest of the way.
